Most of the features of the file menu are common to most other Windows programs. File New or Open refer to *.dsn design files. File Save and Print work in the typical Windows manner. Import lets you import an entire drawing from another *.dsn file into the drawing you are currently editing. This allows you to make sections of drawings you will use frequently, and place the entire drawing just like placing a single function block. "Export as image file" will create a *.png or *.emf file containing the current drawing in graphic form.
The Design Details dialog provides for filling in the areas of the title block (or selecting to not display it in the event you wish to create your own manually). The Guides tab allows you to turn on/off the guides printed on the edge of the drawing.
