You need to save your design document when complete, just like any other document editing program in Windows. Select Save under the File menu.
The Save As dialog will appear when you select Save for a document not previously saved. If editing an existing document, the file will simply be saved under the original document name. If you wish to make a new copy of an edited existing document, select Save As. When saving a new document, the Save As dialog will appear. Design files should use the *.dsn suffix.
