The familiar Windows dialog for opening files or documents appears under the File menu. A list of recently opened documents appears near the bottom of the dialog. Click on any one of them to open that document. Otherwise, select Open near the top, and the Open dialog will appear.
Upon selecting Open, the typical Windows "Open" dialog appears. Click on any *.dsn design file to open that i.CanDrawIt document.
